Callaway Quantum Driver 2026: Which Head Is Right for You? A Fitter’s Guide

Head shape, CG, and face characteristics change how the club delivers energy to the ball. Here is how to think like a fitter when you test.

Choosing a driver head is less about brand slogans and more about matching launch, spin, and start direction to how you actually deliver the club. When you test multiple Quantum heads on the same shaft and setup, you can isolate what the head is doing—not what a single perfect swing fluke produced.

Use launch monitor numbers across a spread of strikes: heel, center, and toe. The head that keeps dispersion tight on your common misses is usually the one that will hold up on the course. Speed matters, but predictable curve and landing angle decide scores.

If you are working with a fitter, bring your gamer and your typical tee height and attack tendency. Small changes in aim and face presentation change which head looks “best” on the screen.
